Neil brings a wealth of commercial experience from the UK property and sustainable construction sectors including his role as Sales Director at The Hemp Block Company, where he led the growth and market development of innovative hemp-based building materials.
Neil’s background in deal sourcing, investor engagement, and value-driven analysis means he knows how to spot opportunities others might miss and turn them into profitable, executable strategies. His time at The Hemp Block Company sharpened his skills in selling complex, high-value solutions, building relationships, and understanding what adds real value to a project, all of which directly strengthen our approach to land sourcing, feasibility assessment, and development planning.
He’ll be working closely across our team to enhance feasibility work, accelerate deal execution, and help unlock the full potential of every site we pursue.
